One of their key achievements has been the launching of the WilsonJones Chefs Academy. The chefs hold regular sessions at our client locations, supplier premises, and at various other locations such as food markets.
This group is ever growing, and meets to discuss new menu ideas, new products, and discuss new and exciting food trends.
The Academy also holds regular training sessions, using a current food trend as it's theme. These also invariably contain an element of competition!
