Our Food Development Team boasts our highly experienced and creative Chef, in Darren Neal, Innovations Manager, Paul Hopkins and Quality Manager, Alison Dining. These experts are all about food. If they're not scouring the country for new & exciting ingredients and food ideas, they are sharing their passion with our chefs, either on customer sites or within our Training Academy.
