Meet the Team
With 20 plus years experience within the education department of a London borough, there is not much that Kam has not seen over the years.
Kam took up the reins at WilsonJones in 2012, and now provides effective leadership, and strategy planning, in his own unique, relaxed fashion. Kam is absolutely passionate about the service we deliver to each & every client, and takes a totally hands on approach.
Kam sets the direction for the company and ensures the fresh food ethos of the organisation is shared by all employees.
Kam chairs internal review meetings and takes an active interest in the success of each contract; particularly in relation to client satisfaction. Kam regularly visits our on-site teams and clients and maintains positive relationships at all levels of our business. Kam is professionally qualified and acquired chartered status in 1994; joining the British Institute of Facilities Management in 1997.
Group Development Chef
Darren has been a professional chef for over 25 years and has worked in business & industry, hotels, restaurants and also private education. Darren has worked for many well-known companies during his career.
Darren has achieved many accolades in his career including a gold medal at the world championships in 2002, over 50 medals at national, international and world level.
Throughout Darren’s career he has worked at many levels including Head Chef, Executive Chef & England Group Chef for the Diageo group. Darren was also part of the team that organised and finalised the ‘Fresh from Scratch’ concept which covered at least 110 private schools.
Group Development Chef
Antony has been a professional chef for over 30 years and worked in the hotel and restaurant sector for numerous quality employers gaining along the way National Food Awards including three AA Red Rosettes.
Antony has also worked for many blue chip companies taking him to all corners of the globe including Asia, North America, Africa and Europe. Previous clients include Orange, Lexus, Prince Mohammed Al Maktoum, Toyota, Mercedes, & Audi.
